Procurement driving positive change at St John WA
St John WA has transitioned to Muru Office Supplies (MOS), an Indigenous-owned business, for the supply of office consumables.
The change reflects a commitment to social procurement that delivers meaningful impact beyond operational needs.

The shift has also positioned St John WA as a leading example of values-led procurement, taking practical steps to support Indigenous businesses.
“This partnership puts the Reconciliation Action Plan into practice – not just on paper, but in every notepad and pen,” Angel Robins, Social Sustainability Manager and RAP Working Group member said.
“Through MOS, investment is directed towards self-determination and long-term opportunity for First Nations people.”
The decision aligns with Innovate RAP objectives, including fostering direct relationships with First Nations suppliers and ensuring organisational spend supports equitable social and economic outcomes.
