St John WA team members honoured at Recognition Ceremony
- 348 St John WA (SJWA) team members awarded across two Recognition Ceremonies held in June and October.
- SJWA welcomed 124 graduating paramedics, 31 national medal recipients, 12 clasp recipients and 181 10–40-year service medal awardees.
- Next Recognition Ceremony takes place on 22 October 2025.
189 team members of St John WA were honoured at the Recognition Ceremony on Wednesday 11 June.
The event celebrates the remarkable academic and professional achievements of St John WA’s operational team with the latest Paramedic Promotions, Service Award recipients and National Medal and Clasp recipients recognised.
The June event is the first of two ceremonies held this year, with 348 award recipients across both ceremonies.
The 2025 Recognition Awards include the following categories:
- Paramedic graduates
- 10-40 Year Service Award recipients
- National Medals to operational staff
- First, Second and Third Clasp to National Medals
Across the two ceremonies 43 will be awarded National Medals and Clasps, 181 paid length of service awards and 124 Ambulance Officers graduated to Paramedic.
Verne Robertson received the 40 Year Service Award and William Hogan was awarded Second Clasp.
The next Recognition Ceremony takes place on 22 October 2025.
