Investiture 2026: St John WA comes together to recognise outstanding service to humanity
Sixteen members of the St John WA community have been formally recognised for their service during the 2026 Investiture Ceremony held at Government House on Saturday.
The annual ceremony recognises individuals who have made a significant contribution to St John WA and the broader community through leadership, volunteering, clinical care, education and service.
This year’s Investiture included one promotion to Dame, two promotions to Officer and nine admissions as Members of the Order of St John, alongside four recipients of Commandery Commendations.
St John WA Chair and Commandery Lieutenant Monish Paul said the ceremony reflected the depth of service shown by St John people across metropolitan, regional and remote Western Australia.
“Today we recognised individuals who have gone above and beyond in service to their communities, to St John, and to the enduring mission of serving humanity,” Mr Paul said.
“Their contributions are often made quietly over many years, but they have a real and lasting impact on the communities they serve.”
Mr Paul said admission to the Order of St John was both a recognition of contribution and an ongoing commitment to service.
